Rectangular tank

Manufacturing of horizontal water tanks is provided by our plant in tight schedule. Such design is widely used for installation indoors, on roofs and in basements. Rectangular reservoirs are designed individually to fit sizes of each specific placement. Often designing of such tanks is made taking into account the need to go round building columns or corners. So horizontal water tanks can be L-shaped and U-shaped. Rectangular reservoirs are provided with internal pillars and ridgepoles. Their quantity and location depends on size and shape of the tank.

Horizontal tanks are made of stainless steel of different grades (AISI 304, AISI 430 and others), designing can be made with thermal insulation or without it. Rectangular reservoirs are produced with a capacity from 0.5 cbm to 5,000 cbm (130-1,320,000 gallons). Water tanks are transported unassembled. Compact package is delivered by average tented vehicles or in standard 20'-40' containers.

Drainage flange

Special attention should be paid to drainage system of the tank. It's very simple and convenient. Bottom part of vertical reservoir is equipped with central drainage branch pipe, located in the lowest point of the tank, so it provides complete effortless drain of stored product, as it is shown at the scheme. Such design facilitates a lot exploitation of water tank and it's maintanance.
